Large round wafer-thin shiny silver plated brass circles with radiating rays {or maybe wheel spokes?} on matching simple silver plated brass hooks. VERY lightweight and easy to wear! As mentioned, these circles are very THIN/slightly flexible and while perfectly fine for normal wear, handle with care {ie: don't shove them in your purse or a pocket, don't sleep in them, etc}.
