Ladies Wristwatch 

This is another fine timepiece, dating from 1940: a Hamilton ladies’ cocktail mechanical wristwatch. It features a manual-wind movement—an original Hamilton Watch Co. caliber grade 721, model 721—equipped with 17 jewels and manufactured in the U.S.A.

The watch is housed in an elegant 13.8mm, square-shaped platinum case, highlighted by a decorative bezel and ornate lugs, both adorned with diamonds—showcasing the refined Art Deco design sensibilities of the era.

The original champagne dial is decorated with black Arabic numerals, a railroad-style minute track, and blued steel hands. The dial is signed “Hamilton” at the 12 o’clock marker.

This piece is presented on its original cord uncut bracelet with safety chain and complements the watches timeless.

Now over 85 years old, this vintage timepiece remains a superb collector’s item. It is in good condition, runs well, and keeps accurate time.

Vintage watches are traditionally smaller than today's watches. Men’s watches typically measure between 29-36mm wide (some larger, some smaller) excluding the crown.
